Minimum Order
As our items are handmade in Italy especially for you, we require a minimum of 15 on order of smaller items. To this end, we offer discounts based on quantity.

Discount Pricing
Discount pricing is available for orders with more than 50 items as follow:
• 4% for quantities between 51-100
• 6% for quantities between 101-150
• 10% for quantities of 151 and above

Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be confirmed by E-mail, including an estimate of delivery, within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive confirmation, or need to E-mail us about your orders, please be sure to include your full name and your order number.

International Shipments
Shipment is available to any destination in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. For shipment elsewhere, please inquire by E-mail at . Please note that Belle Tradizioni is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with International shipments.

Methods of Shipment
Most packages are shipped by UPS or FedEx Ground services, or by USPS priority mail. Note, a P.O. Box address is only available for shipments by USPS priority mail. The method of shipment will be stated in your E-mail confirmation. The following shipment charges apply:

$100.01 to $200.00 = $15.95
$200.01 to $400.00 = $22.95
$400.01 to $550.00 = $32.95
$550.01 to $800.00 = $45.95
$800.01 to $1000.00 = $58.95
Over $1000.00 = E-mail for charge

Note, next-day delivery may be available for an additional charge.

A valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery for all UPS or FedEx Services. If you choose to have your products shipped to a different shipping address than the one associated with your credit card, we may ask you to provide written permission by fax or mail prior to shipping your order. Please note that weekend shipping is not available through some shipping services.

Customer Satisfaction
Our goal is for you to be pleased with your order. We are confident that you will be impressed with the beauty and quality of our products.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order. You must pay the shipping charge for any return and may wish to ensure the package. We will then refund your payment in the same form as original payment, less a 15 % restocking fee, or make arrangements for exchange. Note, custom or personalized orders are not refundable.

Damaged items
If a package arrives in damaged condition, please alert the carrier and E-mail us immediately. You may return all the merchandise, or just the damaged merchandise, along with packaging materials to facillitate a claim against the carrier for a full refund of your purchase less any shipping and handling.

Errors in Order
Please contact Belle Tradizioni immediately by E-mail at and we will pay for return shipping and handling, and send a replacement order unless you notify us to the contrary.

Cancellations
We place your order immediately upon receipt so we can not accept cancellation of an order after 24 hours from receipt.

Samples
To inquire about samples. please E-mail us at . Please note that product samples may not be available for special order items. If a sample is available, you will be charged the unit price of the product plus a shipping and handling fee.
